I’m a freelance journalist writing an article on workplace friendliness and I’m looking for REAL LIFE examples.

please answer:

what annoying things do people do to make the workplace friendlier? (leave out the sexual harassment, please)

what (good) ideas do you have for making workplaces friendly?

    Just be nice. Don’t get to personal. Be interested in what others say and do. If they say soimething you disagree with just walk away.
